Those pushing for "gun free zones" should be proud of VA Tech. They accomplished what they wanted! People were not afforded the most basic natural right, self-defense.
At least the most recent Legislature has upped the number of people who can carry in the restricted zones to include “active judicial officers” - i.e., judges, including muny court judges like me. Makes me all warm and fuzzy!
