Guardsmen indicted in illegal alien smuggling

LAREDO Three National Guard soldiers accused of running an immigrant smuggling operation have been indicted on five counts of human smuggling and one count of conspiracy to transport undocumented immigrants, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

I saw threads here last month about these Guardsmen being charged, but now they have been indicted.

This is dual loyalty profiteering& alien smuggling in the National Guard, not the Border Patrol. The Border Patrol record is very good as far as I know. With the BP it’s Washington DC that is the problem

Some people will sell their souls for a few bucks. Similar acts landed a whole bunch of uniformed personnel in prison last year in the Tucson/Phoenix areas - Air Force, Guard, BP, Customs, IIRC.
The contraband in that case was drugs.
