Euthanasia is the first step towards Auschwitz and the entire forced extermination of a people. First make it acceptable then slowly use it to eliminate anyone you don’t want.

Euthanasia in a state with public healthcare will just become the lease expensive means to reduce costs on an aging population burden on the system.
