There is no Spiritual vigor in this country any longer embodied in one visible group or entity.

You can not fight a wild fire with a concert.

You can not resist a ferocious false religion and its misdeeds and crimes with good feelings and happy hopes........

Our knowledge of, and obedience to the Truth of the Word of God has been our only strength, which directed and advised and informed our purposes and will as a people in the past.

There is now no acknowledgment or recognition of this Great Power once available to us, but rather many have unwittingly, by the influence of popular culture, Rebelled against God and thrown off the knowledge of Him and his protection.

As a culture we have scorned the Rock of Ages and mocked and complained about the Lord God of hosts, Power and Might.

While many individuals still remain who are Worshipers in Spirit and in Truth, the Nation which once, at least passively, tolerated the recognition of Almighty Jehovah, Creator of Heaven and Earth, is passing away..........

Can we find the Gold tried in Fire, the clean white clothing to cover us, and the eye balm to heal our blindness to the Truth?

I Read about the Christian Teacher in this Article, Named Christiana, in the VOM Newsletter, and my Heart will Never Forget her, and the Suffering she Endured for our Christ. I Agree with the Chapter in the Book you Recommended, bp; we Need to be 'Prepared for Martyrdom;' it may not Come for Many Years, but it will Come. It was Given to him to Make War with the Saints and to Overcome them, and Authority Over Every Tribe and People and Tongue and Nation was Give to him. (Rev.13:7)
