I’m sure all the illegals will march right down to sue so they can lose and dry up all their jobs and be identified/deported.

It only takes one or two illegals to sue. I doubt, as you do, that it would be an illegal who is still employed. It would be one who has been caught and facing deportation ... no longer employed and wanting more money!

True..only one or two would put the scare into the employers and dry up the jobs but what about that slight complication of them not having any rights as a legal citizen to sue in a US court?

Add....the article says that the majority of the illegals are being paid minimum wage already. That has not been the prevailing thought throughout most of the debate. If true..there won’t be enough that are eligible to sue for that idea to make a significant dent in 20 million.
