Bush has spent like a drunken sailor and couldn't muster the strength to lift his veto pen for 8 years. And on immigration he got in bed with Teddy Kennedy, thankfully it was conservative Republicans who killed the bill.

President Bush deserves our thanks and respect for many issues. We can’t judge his whole presidency on this one issue. I’m still glad we have him rather than those morons Gore or Kerry.
