I haven’t been exactly up to date on this subject, but I haven’t heard anything about electromagnetic propulsion into space recently.

Electromagnetic propulsion is for real. I know a group of engineers who know how, have done on a small scale, say it will work on a large scale. This can be accomplished w/o requiring any fuel - the energy is available.

You mean Loftstrom’s Loop? As it appears on his webpage, the design still seems unworkable due to its size and complexity. Even if he did get the machine to work, the cost can’t possibly be worth it.
