I agree, miscreants like this need severe punishment.
I’m guessing the lawn is only the tip of the iceberg.
The walls inside her home, probably have paint that is over 2 years old on them.
Old paint? She probably had dated drapes too. That should at least rate a choke hold before cuffing the suspect.
