Most of them have taken the easy way out anyway by just come back and claiming to have seen him.
I remember back in the seventies when you were decried as "close-minded" if you didn't believe that bigfoot was out there "man!" Now after 30 years of advancement in the sophistication of the general public and LOTS of Pacific Northwest development later, you really have to squint your brain to believe in a sustainable population of 300# 7+ foot semi-intelligent bipeds existing all this time in the US without a single specimen being come across.
I think I have an email address where I still might be part of a discussion group on it; kind of backed into a subscription.
They’ve seen something all the way down to Oklahoma.
They discover species of animals that they did previously did not know existed previously. I guess it is in the realm of possibility.

Supposed to be about 3 feet tall and very broad shoulders, human type face. (little foot?)
An anthropologist living there says she believes it’s real.
