The terrorist who became a London traffic warden
Daily Mail ^ | July 8, 2007 | Ian Gallagher

A terrorist jailed for his involvement in a bomb attack on the Paris Metro - which killed eight people and wounded 80 - has been working as a traffic warden in England.

Mustapha Boutarfa, 32, was arrested by Scotland Yard's anti-terrorist squad in 1996 and extradited from Britain to France two years later.

He stood trial for his auxiliary role in the 1995 attack on the St Michel station by a notorious Islamic militant group and was given a two-year prison sentence.

From the article

Shadow Home Secretary David Davis described the system that allowed Boutarfa to return as a "disgrace" and blamed "our porous borders". He said: "And what better grounds for national security do you need than someone convicted of terror offences?"

"This situation needs to be solved by proper secure borders."

Check out some of the British citizens remarks.

You don’t fight wars with prison sentences, sorry.

If ol’ Mustapha had been originally sentenced to swing from the end of a rope, he would have committed no further terrorist acts, and he might even now be celebrating an anniversary with his 72 virgins somewhere over the fire n’ brimstone-bow.

Kill 8 people in Paris and you only get 2 years?

My suspicion is that if he had not been Muslim, he’d have gotten more.

“This situation needs to be solved by proper secure borders.”

If they’d given him the prison sentence he deserved, the borders would have nothing to do with it.

"I value terrorists in America, which is why I try to keep the borders porous,
free of physical fences, except for a few dozen miles,
and why I work month after month, devotedly with all my effort
to give terrorists and illegal invaders AMNESTY."

I did check out the Brits’ remarks posted at the article’s end, and then added my own from California.

The Brits aren’t crazy. Some of the non-Muslims are asking their doctors confidentially about the trustworthiness of the NHS’s many Muslim doctors. It is an open secret that there is now deep suspicion. If you were a Jewish patient in Britain right now, would you go to the NHS for treatment?

The public political discourse, unlike the private one, has yet to reach the tipping point where the PC prostration will be washed away.

What would be worse is that if he had come to the US and joined one of the metropolitan’s city police force.

I found out that my former doctor is a mussie, I now go to a Jewish doctor. I’m Catholic.

From another thread, which I will block copy to save you a click through:

I went with my husband to find out the results of his throat biopsy that a ME doctor did. Thinking these ME men who doctor in US would be different I extended my hand as a greeting. He just gave me a frightening look, did not shake my hand or ever look into my eyes again. He will never touch my husband again. 19 posted on 07/04/2007 2:44:27 PM PDT by SweetCaroline

Check out some of the British citizens remarks.

"Are these the same immigrants who the Government keep telling us are good for Britain, and the country can only benefit from having them here?

- Reg, Aylesbury,Bucks"

Sounds like the mantra of our politicos.
