Not quite 3000 years old.
Closer to the time of the reduction of the Ottoman Empire at the close of WWI, and the dabbling of the foreign powers (France/England)with League of Nations control over “mandates” to oversee territory on behalf of it’s residents, and the perversion thereof.

Simply the Jews expanding political dominance and/or returning to their 3000 year old biblical homeland from whence they were forcibly removed, and the transient Arab nomadic populations were brought into conflict by basically ignorant colonial powers who promised to administer fairly but who had no intention of doing so for a myriad of prejudicial, economic or political reasons.

A succession of malignant political administrations and incompetent administrators have exacerbated the situation.
There is only one resolution.
A one state option.
And that state is Israel.
The so called Palestinians are illegally occupying Jewish land and need to be removed to the Kingdom of Jordan, or to Egypt.
They have fouled every village,town and city they occupy and have built nothing or contributed anything of significance in the years since the original U.N.offer of partition.
