In your great grandparent’s day a couple who were regular church goers who said they were only going to have two chidlren would have been met with the same shock as if a couple today said that they were going to have an open and gay marriage.

Fortunately the only country in the West that has the replacement birth rate of 2.1 is the USA. In Europe the only people having multiple kids are Muslims which only worsens the demographic future. In the US, especially the midwest and the South, there are still plenty of non Muslim families with multiple kids. The other advantage is that Americans especially in the South are proud of our nation and culture and will fight to protect it. In Europe any kind of nationalism is decried and multi-culturalism is the holy altar they worship to.

You go to Houston or Dallas or Pensacola or Tuscaloosa or Oklahoma City or Charlotte and the Muslims are not just going to take over an armed citizenry that is proud of their heritage. Luckily all of the US is not like MA (where I live) or the Left coast which I could see surrendering and living in submission to Islam.
