So is Jorge going to pardon Ms. Miers should she be cited for contempt of Congress?

You must have missed this part:

"Ms. Miers has absolute immunity from compelled congressional testimony as to matters occurring while she was a senior adviser to the president."

You can't cite someone who enjoys immunity.

You're talking about people who want to impeach the president for defending the USA. Since when do things like facts and laws matter to them :)
