Screw the apology. File a defamation lawsuit.

AND sue the mags/newspapers who printed the false allegations and called these guys guilty before a trial.
Sue them all, teach them a good lesson that water cooler gossip, “news” from unnamed sources, and flat out false reporting and propaganda will no longer be tolerated.
AND, the republicans should be demanding Murtha’s exit immediately.
