I’d say it is more likely that the ComPost is making up news again. Other stories have Fred declaring in August.

He’s been “declaring” for the last couple months. What’s the problem? It makes me wonder why he won’t just announce, instead of pussyfooting around the issue.

Other stories have Fred declaring in August. I remember when the "other stories" had Fred declaring FOR SURE in July.
