Thanks, smooth. So the biggest hurdle would be for a member to bring it to the floor, then for the chair to recognize that member. Wonder if the Sharratt's have anyone in mind to ask to bring it to the floor?

I don't know what the Sharratt's have in mind, but my personal choice for bringing it to the floor would be Sam Johnson.

Hope this happens, but the thing of it is that this should have been done when the Republicans controlled the house. What Murtha did was wrong—regardless of the outcome of the judicial process.
