As best as I understand, that number appeared on the DC Madam's caller ID. Now I'm not sure why the blog is claiming that's Bill Clinton's number when its clearly the main number of the Park Hyatt hotel.

DC Madam answers the phone. She sees a number. She writes down the number with the client's name. She would not write down the hotel name as the client.

I think you're a bit confused. The name "William J. Clinton" doesn't come from the DC Madam's records, it comes off some website where it is listed as Bill Clinton's number.
