From what I gather, the list on this post is to put a name (Clinton, William J.) with the number listed on the alledged DC madam's phone list since only numbers appear. Cross reference the number from list #1 with the number from list #2 and get the name the number belongs to. The "as of" listing is the last time that number was verified. That number belonged to Willy "as of" 07-2001.

I would guess.

...but I don't necessarily believe this is any kind of smoking gun. The media would say [feigned shock] "Bill Clinton visited the DC madam........ and in other news, it's still Bush's fault."
