The Appellate Court will determine, probably in about September, whether Hillary is to be brought back in as a defendant. Depositions should then be able to begin. If Hillary loses, however, Kendall may take it to the California Supreme Court of even try to create an issue for the Supreme Court. He won’t be able to buyh a great deal of time, but he could buy some. Interestingly, if Hillary wins in the Appellate Court, depos will start right away. It is kind of ironic that, if she is removed as a defendant, it could hurt her more. If Bill ultimately loses the civil case, it is their money that will be lost.
The critical part of all of this is to get her under oath before the California Primary. By then, she will have won the nomination.
