The significant piece of data here is that only 39 percent (conservatives) see a liberal bias. 61 percent don’t see it. Yes, that includes mainly people who aren’t sure, but that’s just fine with the liberals. 20 percent are too liberal to see or admit a liberal MSM bias. Another 41 percent are too stupid to see it. I’m not surprised by these findings, but no one should see them as evidence that the MSM is losing its clout. It’s just taking different forms.
I suspect that many people responded that they don't watch ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN and don't watch or listen to NPR news, which likely was the first prerequisite question.
The home page for the Rasmussen report shows that there are 16% who are “not sure.” Which can be an honest answer, as network news is loosing viewership steadily. So the 61% you are worried about is actually around 45%. I agree, that’s not much of a consolation, but at least the contingent of those with their heads in the sand is below 50%.
I don’t se how only 39% would see the bias unless they just don’t watch tv news. hee hee
