WooHoo! Sue ‘em for all the (taxpayer) money President Bush is sending them! I think its $990 million. Victims have received judgements in US courts, as I understand it they don't have the ability to tap aid money. I presume it never touches US bank accounts. Perhaps they'll have access to PA taxes in Israel.
