Where are the containment vessels?

The plant is a GE-designed ‘boiler’. The primary containment srructures are within a secondary containment that looks like a normal building from the outside - not the iconic dome-shaped strructure that you would associate with a pressurized water design such as a Westinghouse unit.

See teh square buildings? The actual containments is inside those buildings. If they are like the GE mark 3 containments, they will look like upside down light bulbs. The builgings are just shells.
