Considering that Ron Paul used to be a Libertarian, wouldn't he fit the textbook definition of a neo-con.
I consider myself a neo-con because I am a converted Libertarian.

Any conservative not supporting Ron Paul likely supports an interventionist foreign policy. That makes them a neoconservative, by definition.
