Here in Japan, this mind just fails to grasp even the mere CONCEPT of a foreigner (zainichi gaikokujin), even with legal status here, somehow getting arrested 27 times and still able to main their residence status in Japan. They would be long gone after arrest/conviction number ONE!

Japanese here in Hawaii who are on the 3 month residence in Hawaii, and then back to Japan for 3 months, can not understand this foolishness at all. One strike and you are out like you say in Nihon.
