What is the connection between Russia and Syria, since you mentioned it? And also, isn’t Russia supposed to be our “friend?” The world is getting to be a real confused place. It used to be so easy, everything was out in the open, now it seems some prefer to be underground.
Wonder what caused the stench? The unbathed arab factor, or perhaps a scent of sulphur. The cold chill is perfectly expected.

Right now Israel has the weakest leadership it’s had ever. I’m sure the muslims are aware of this as well. In any event they (Syria) must realize they would be pummeled by US air attacks as well. I think Iran realizes this and since they are pulling all the strings would have to stage some sort of diversion in Iraq to keep us busy there. This all would have to be extremely coordinated which is why I remain a bit skeptical as well.

Yes, that’s true, we don’t know the day or time that Jesus comes back, but that doesn’t mean we are supposed to be playing stupid either, we are still supposed to be looking for signs. If this does happen, it doesn’t mean the Jesus is coming back on that day. I believe it’s true that believers will meet him in the clouds, but you might see more then you bargined for before that day happens. I personally think people throw out that line, “You don’t know the day or time,” because they are being in denial and they don’t want to face things that all Christians should be willing to not only face but to confront when the time is right.
Just at the last moment something occurred to me. While the Israelis may be fighting for their lives against an enemy that knows the Jewish calendar well enough to pick Tish`ah Be'Av to attack the majority of American Jews are fretting about Southern Baptists and more worried about the rights of "gays" than the lives of Israelis. Will nothing wake them up???
It varies, year to year, on our calendar. The Hebrew calendar uses lunar months, with one "intercalary" month (Adar 1) being added in 7 out of 19 years. The month of Adar would become Adar 2, preceded by Adar 1 in years with 13 months.
When the pogroms start in the US perhaps they might wake up!
