I don't want to click the comPOST's link, so I haven't read the article .. but,
If he's been extradicted, that means he was in custody in the DR ... and if he was in custody there, why would they let him come here, with that 'slew of charges' against him there?

When I lived in the Dominican Republic, the military was vigilant against drug running. Twenty years later, folks I know from there tell me the military is right in the middle of it all.
