1. no mountains! i grew up in colorado.

2. no sun. no palm trees.

3. it’s a different culture. denver is a suburb of los angeles, as is phoenix and vegas.

culturally socal has more freedom than virginia. i lived in austin for a year. texans are a different culture too.
