It would also ruin the life of the victim in this matter. Oh, the court acknowledge his motivation, but then it would sentence him to life without parole for 1st Degree Murder.

Injustices like this are another reminder of how biased family law is against men, and a reminder too that the feminists are dead wrong when they rail about how life is unfair to women (who in this country manage to live on average quite a bit longer than men).
Better we advocate fixing laws and defeating anti-male bias in laws, media and on university than advocating violence.

Passive resistance is the only other option. I would divest myself of all worldly possessions, quit my job and let them give me free room and board for as long as it takes "that ass of the law" to make things right.
Odds are overwhelming that when the gravy train stops, the perp(s) will either put the kid up for adoption, or will be in jail for child abuse.
There is a time to fold and a time to stand up for what's right.
