BTW after looking at your Dad’s photos...

Like this one of a Bell H-13 Sioux... if shown to most people nowadays...

they’d say, “Boy, that looks like the set of M*A*S*H...”

Here is my Dad in 1940... when the Texas National Guard was federalized

In 1942 England...

And over Southern France in 1944... Operation Dragoon
