Incensed by the most recent arrest of an alleged drug dealer, a Cleveland politician wrote the perp a scathing, profanity-filled letter that referred to the man as a "crack dealing piece of trash" who should "go to jail or the cemetery soon."
In a July 12 letter, a copy of which you'll find below, Councilman Michael Polensek, 57, tore into Arsenio Winston, 18, after learning of the teenager's arrest earlier this month on a felony drug trafficking rap. The letter's writer and its recipient are pictured above.
Winston's bust came in Cleveland's 11th Ward, which Polensek has represented since 1982. Writing that jail or a funeral home would be Winston's next stop, Polensek noted, "Quite frankly, I don't care which one you get to first as long as your dumb stupid ass is out of my neighborhood."

I’m LMAO!!
Very unprofessional, very immature. Still funny though.
The only thing wrong with that letter is a couple of minor puncutation errors...
“I thought the letter was nicely written.”
Quite polite given the circumstances.
is the last CC another drug dealer?
Councilman Mike Polensek seems to have a genuine disgust for the drug dealing scum that are destroying the lives of people he represents.
Good for him. I see nothing inappropriate in this letter at all. We need more plain talk in this country.
Very unprofessional, very immature. I LOVED IT !!!
Profanity filled???? I count the word ass three times, one of which was a quote spoken by the recipient of the letter. We need more people like this councilmen!
LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We need a lot more of that! This country is heading for the sewer and millions of us know it!
Wow, an un-professional politician who actually seems to care about his ward and really doesn't care what people think about how he says something. Can we elect this guy for Governor or maybe to Congress? (Not President, though -- not sure I want someone who can get that hot, even justifiably so, with their proverbial finger on the "button.")
Good for him! Are we finally seeing some community leaders with backbone? First the guy in Charlotte and now Cleveland.

Polensek, Cleveland’s longest-serving council member with 28 years, wasn’t backing down.
“I don’t regret sending the letter out because I am fed up with what’s happening in this city.” said Polensek, “I am fed up with what’s happening in our neighborhoods with these thugs and these gangbangers.”
Polensek, whose four vans have been stolen from the area, mailed the letter last week after learning that Winston had been arrested in the blue-collar Collinwood neighborhood on July 3 on drug-trafficking charges.
“You are a `thug’ and you know what,” the letter said. “There are only two places you will end up at the rate you are going — that is, prison or the nearest funeral home.” ...
...I’m not gonna loose my neighborhood.” said Polensek, “As long as I breathe air in City Council and represent the people in 11th ward I’m gonna continue to fight for what is right in my community.”
Winston, who was charged with aggravated assault in 2005 and spent three months in juvenile detention, was arrested last year in the alleged assault on an officer but the case was dismissed. He is out on bond on the drug trafficking charge.
Polensek and Winston have a history. Polensek told Winston and his companions last year about complaints of broken glass and drug-dealing in a playground and asked them to clean up after themselves.
Winston, then 17, refused to shake hands, told Polensek to kiss his rear end and said he was heading for an NFL quarterback’s job, Polensek said.

seems like he keeps referring to ‘a$$’ because the perp told him to kiss his. This is so hilarious you can’t even choose the best quote.
Bravo. Someone give this POL as cigar!
Or maybe even put him in charge of Homeboy, oops I mean Homeland Security !!!
