N. Korea seeks light-water reactor in exchange for dismantling nuclear facility
BEIJING, July 21 (Yonhap) -- North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan said Saturday North Korea could shut down its nuclear facility in Yongbyon if a light-water reactor is provided to the country.
Kim made the statement at Beijing International Airport on his way back home a day after the six-party talks ended here.

Why would we have to give him another nuclear plant? Wouldn’t you think the environmentalists support an “alternative” energy plant than icky nuclear power.
This is probably the only case where I would agree with the eco-fascists!
