Quite the opposite. It was very apparent that he was suffering from depresion. One obvious sign of this was that he called his physician a few days earlier in order to get treatment for depression.

He did not call his physician to get treatment for depression. He was complaining of insomnia and a prescription was called in for that, not for depression. His physician testified to that.
