A killing spree this morning began with a triple homicide outside a Southwest Philadelphia bar and ended with two more shooting deaths in other parts of the city. The deaths bring the total homicides this year to 233, on pace to be the highest in a decade

Yawn.

Maybe Street can do police work as well as fight fires. That city needs all the help it can get. He could start by rounding up those who have had a past run-in with the cops. As it has been reported, most of those shot dead have had dealings with the police.
