He’s like the evil cousin of that rainbow wig guy you see at every sporting event. I haven't see that freak at any sporting event in at least 20 years. But between '75 and '85 he was seemingly everywhere.

Last I heard about Rainbow Hair Guy, he was arrested for taking a hostage at a hotel near LAX after going bonkers. Haven’t heard anything else about him, however.
