Russia was weak ten years ago but Russia today is determined to show its going to be taken seriously. They have many options for protecting their interests in the Balkans.

They pledged to move beyond their troubled past and create an independent nation of Kosovars that protects the rights of all citizens and respects the rule of law. So long as those citizens aren't Serbian (or anything other than albanians)! This piece is a load of total BS!
