The problem is you have a high risk group which centers their life on hedonistic stimulation. Once they know they are infected, they only see it as a license to accelerate their hedonistic behavior because the have nothing to lose.

Contrary to the DBM, those who find out do not turn instantly into altruistic celebates quietly undergoing treatment.

You are so right. Most people (even on this forum) don’t relize that we DON’T have a cure for aids. The medicines that they are taking now just keeps them healthier so they can spread the disease. There is no cure for aids.
