The Georgia Guidestones

On one of the highest hilltops in Elbert County, Georgia stands a huge granite monument. Engraved in eight different languages on the four giant stones that support the common capstone are 10 Guides, or commandments. That monument is alternately referred to as The Georgia Guidestones, or the American Stonehenge. Though relatively unknown to most people, it is an important link to the Occult Hierarchy that dominates the world in which we live.

I had a recent conversation with a local philosopher/engineer (he's a Renaissance Man for sure!)He indicated to me that a LOT of the oddball prophesies from Gore's Global Warming "religion" is based on the theory of Thomas Paine's "The Age of Reason" as struck into these stones/monument. Anyone else have any ideas as to the validity of this?

Elberton is the “Granite Capital of the World” and probably the tombstone capital as well. I remember seeing a display with one tombstone shaped like a John Deere tractor and another like a Harley. Lots of small communities in the area have their roadside markers (”Welcome to ...”) in granite. Last trip through we even saw a business sign for a childrens daycare made of granite.

I believe that there are more than 200 businesses in the county making granite markers, tombstones, etc. Someone walks up with a wad of cash and orders a goofy manument engraved in Sanskrit, Classical Greek, Egyptian Hieroglyphics and Babylonia Cuneform, the reply would probably be “Sure, why not!”

I was born a bit south of there and don’t remember a whole lot of folks speaking, let alone reading Sanskrit, Classical Greek, Egyptian Hieroglyphics or Babylonia Cuneform.

They musta had a heck of a time finding a proof reader before they started chiseling the text... :-) /s

(actually, they sandblast or laser etch things nowadays. Want your photograph on a polished granite slab? No problem! )

I’ve been sent a very helpful email from a fellow FREEper, (thankee Lucy!), which gives a tad bit more info on the Georgia Guidestones, or at least another person’s interpretation of their meaning!
