I think Russia came and picked up the WMDs.

Plus I don’t think Saddam wanted his WMDs to fall into the hands of the very enemies he had them to use against. Lebanon is controlled by Syria and Hezbollah, Iran’s foreign legion. These are near the very bottom of the list of countries that Saddam wanted to get their hands on his WMDs.
Saddam sent his planes to... Iran during the Gulf war. Only 3 years after the bloody Iran-Iraq war.
When it comes about the US and Israel, even Indonesians could join Saudis to do war.

The people there, who are in the epicenter of modern terrorism, could host everyone, from peruvian drugs dealers to russian mob, just to get money and weapons to kill Jews.
