I hope we can all agree, at the very least, that the current design is completely meaningless. How about a cross, instead? Or how about a statue of the courageous passengers trying to gain control of the plane? I despise modern art.

Why do we care?

Because 4 terrorists (who are memorialized with their own transluscent stones) murdered 40 innocent Americans in the name of Islam.

Had 4 Christians murdered 40 innicent Muslims in the name of “Jehovah”, the Islamic world would have went nuts AND THE CHRISTIAN WORLD WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT-FRONT SOUNDLY CONDEMNING THE MURDERS.

All we got from the Muslim world was a lot of silence.

That is why it matters.
