I wrote obits in my younger days. The second graph of every obituary was, “Friends may call,” at the so and so funeral home from 5pm, etc.

I don’t see an issue with this at all.

The soldiers had apparently mistaken a spade he was holding for a gun before opening fire in his direction. An initial investigation into the incident found that the shots were fired without any legitimate reason.
So does this mean the soldiers should have just let this guy beat them with a spade and not shoot because it wasn't a gun?
