The greasy animal parts presumably have some use. Otherwise, who would pay to truck them somewhere? But where were they going? The article does not say. That worries me. For all we know, the truckloads that don't spill on the Stevenson will turn into sausages.
I like used to like hot dogs and bratwurst...
