I can hardly imagine that the terrorists in pakistan are waiting for a US congress decision so they could turn into peaceful citizens.

Musharaf was threatened to be nuked if he doesn’t obey US orders - so he said. Ok but now that the congress is at it - he’s certainly more motivated.

I just don’t get the convincing part...
