If you read the article, you can see that these are the type of people that is a loss for Texas when they go back to Louisiana. They are industrious and self-reliant. (That might explain why they can go back. They now can afford to move. Many of those that we wish would go back don’t work, and don’t save.)
If you will go back and read my post #16 I think you will see that I said the same thing.
