"So, will you be calling yourself a "kook" for demanding we vote for your particular brand of RATpublican should Dr. Paul not survive the Primary?"
"Or will you be just as "glad" to be relegated to the "sidelines" for the next couple of decades? Blackbird"

If you knew how to write a sentence I might be able to respond. I did get from your response that you support "Dr. Paul". I will say this much for the man; he writes better than you.

My apologies for your lack of understanding. You got more of the point than you’re willing to admit, so run away. Blackbird.

"My apologies..."

And yes, you should be sorry.

Then discuss the 2006 strategy that brought you RATpublicans such great success instead of avoiding it. Blackbird.

...so run away.

Bird, was the poster running away or was that Ron Paul running away from Al Qaeda in Iraq?

Alan Keyes went bye-bye a few years ago...

No. They only started to remove her when she started acting like a nutcase and spouting off the “9-11 was an inside job” nonsense.

That there are people who had worked on the Bush campaigns who have signed up to work on Fred's? Sounds like they want to work for a winner again, to me.

He had Bush's nephew working for him a few days ago but apparently there was some panic once the "groomed by Bush" accusations started so they parted company.

YOU presented the RenewAmerica site as a reputable news source. I pointed out that the entire site is a merely a blog/possible campaign site.

I dug further and discovered by looking at the message board that YOU are not a neutral party, but instead work for the site, agree with the 9/11 Truthers, and want Alan Keyes to run for President.

In the future, don't play innocent fact-gatherer when you really have an agenda. If you want Alan Keyes to run for President, then just start a thread on that topic and identify yourself.

Same if you want to start a 9/11 Truthers thread in solidarity with the kook in the YouTube video...

You tell me. Considering Artemis hasn't responded to the point, I would think it obvious to anyone with two brain cells to rub together. Do you care to address the grand strategy that brought the Republican Party such success in 2006? It would appear by your interjection, and I could be wrong here, but it does appear that you too think it worked out well. Blackbird.

I don't care if George P. Bush is working for Fred; I want everyone who can possibly help him get elected working for him. It just so happens that the Bush folks have LOTS of contacts, and the ability to do some hefty fundraising.

Even though there are folks on THIS forum who do not like the President, his approval rating among Republicans overall is still pretty high, so frankly I don't believe that the average Republican voter will have any trouble with the fact that some of the people who helped get President Bush elected have chosen to work with Fred.

I did watch it, and have decided. The only complaints I have about Fred’s response is that A-he didn’t address the NAU portion of the question (by stating that no plans for such a union exist) and then call her out for being a kook about the tower 7 comment.

Above and beyond the political ramifications which it appears that we disagree, do you Blackbird think that we should be leaving Iraq (or at least the Sunni portion of it) in the hands of Al Qaeda?

The Republican party didn’t have any success in 2006. That however is not any argument I was making. I concede the point, such as it is.

Can you tell me how running a nutcase Libertarian GOP wannabe with a small but vocal lunatic fringe following, who will appeal to neither liberals, most conservatives or moderates, would be more successful?

You’re argument seems to be similar to the idea that if you build a home using poor construction techniques (as represented by GWB) that rebuilding it with tissue paper and library paste (as represented by RP) would be better.

I think Iraq should've been reduced to smoldering ruin many years ago. They should at this time only be greatful that we didn't visit such ruin on them that they witness of their neighbors in Iran, Syria, (our FRiends) the Sauds and Pakistan as well as others, but that's just me. At this juncture, I think that since we haven't got the willpower to do it, no more of our GI's should die for our failure to do what needs to be done. Blackbird.

We need new blood in there and Thompson is more of the same. There is nothing that Bush has done during his second term that would even hint that he's a conservative and there's nothing that could lead one to believe that Thompson would be any different.

The war and willingness to keep fighting terrorists can't be the decisive factor because if it was then Giuliani would be qualified. How exactly is Thompson more qualified than a disaster like Giuliani?
