Playing Hooky
That is sort of what we did today, involuntarily. Due to a database disaster, we were out of commission all day, with a blank screen appearing where our posts should be. We should have put up a "gone fishing" sign. But we're back in business, and posting will resume shortly.

Same here, everything looks right except blank where text should be ... all the links on the right are there plus the banner ....
Oh, they've just finally put the lights out at the McCain campaign.
Probably just updating.
However, they HAVE been hacked, in the past. The truth is a scary thing to some folks.
They don’t seem to lean McCain at all. They are vehemently anti-CFR and anti-Shamnesty.
They respect McCain for his service to his country, his decency, but like a lot of conservatives take issue with his positions.

Well, maybe not NOW, as it so hopeless.
But Hinderaker, in particular, put up post after post after post about how each bit of bad news for McCain -- we're talking here about the pre-shamnesty time -- contained a subtle cause for hopefulness. It got to be a pathetic joke.
Paul and Scott were very McCain friendly, also, but not as flagrant as John.
A very Neocon site that cares intensely about the WOT and related issues. But their hostility to shamnesty was decidedly strained...they were on board but late and with lots of almost apologetic reasons as to why. McCain would naturally be their man.
(Now their forum is an altogether different deal than their blog. McCain was pretty much ridiculed on their forum as he is everywhere that conservatives gather.)

I suspect they were hacked and malware was installed. If you have visited the site recently, I would suggest running your spyware and virus programs to make sure your system has not been compromised.
