Personally, I do not think they should be fined for off color comments. And I am not a Tony fan.

They are washing all the color out of Nascar and its going to be just as boring as other motor sports have become. I like Nascar precisely because of the personalities. If anything they should fine Tony for whining too much :)

I seem to be turning libertarian in my views lately.. Ban the FCC!
