Aloha Lauren!
I don't eat breakfast other than coffee on work days nor do I eat during the day till I get home from work. On the weekend a couple poached eggs on toast with Tabasco and coffee will hold me through the day. On a vacation however, going out to a brunch with family, nothing beats Eggs Benedict.
Lord.....I need a vacation!

You must be a growing lad!
Up until 50, my body could handle it...now, I only eat my favorites once or twice a week...usually scaled down versions rest of the week.
