Many on the left think Hugo Chavez would make a great US president. Guess what, the Constitution doesn’t allow that.
Nor does it allow this.
Period.

Orin Hatch of Utah is trying to change that so to open it up to non Natural Born Citizens.Of course, this requires the insignificant task of persuading two-thirds of congress and three-fourths of the state legislatures. Ain't gonna happen, especially when it would be common knowledge that the change was being proposed for Arnie's benefit.

Where is the “HELL, NO!” button?
I don’t like his policies and, as a naturalized citizen, he is not qualified.

That’s right; but he hoping that all of the illegals will be here to vote for him so he can win. Betcha he announces he’s a dimwit.

What a mistake CA made when they elected him; but they were warned.

Based on the people commenting on that board, the public school system needs to be scrapped.

The recent amnesty vote was the culmination of over a year of protests from illegal aliens. One fact we learned about a vast number of these illegals and that helped to sway opinion is that a large number of the illegals have no intention of assimilating to US culture. They are trying to force us to assimilate to theirs.
All this to say, we are wise to require that any candidate for the POTUS must be born in the US. Not that this necessarily means such a person will be sufficiently assimilated to US culture, but it’s a start.
Of course, this argument goes both ways. There are many people who’ve come to this country in the past 10 years who are better patriots and who have a greater appreciation for the culture of liberty in our country than many American Leftists who can trace their bloodline back to the Am. Revolution. But with the increase of hostilities toward US and Western culture, I’d say we’re better off by playing it safe.
Vote for Arnold? No. It would be a violation of a good Amendment to the USC. And no, he’s a RINO.

I would be in favor of the “Schwarzenegger Amendment” passing, but I would not vote for its namesake.

As much as I like Arnold, I would in no way support him being allowed to run for President. It would mean changing the Constitution for a 'legal alien' to be allowed to run. I do not want some nutty Muslim whacko running for President of the US. Now, while it's true, we might have that problem anyway with any Muslim born in this Country, I don't think we should hold the door open for any potential terrorist to run. Just my opinion.

Not even on one of my good days. He ranks somewhere behind our pet turkey gobbler, Gaylord, and Gayloard is dead.

That’s correct and I don’t understand why people don’t understand that HE can’t be America’s President!
