I am a vegetarian who does not eat meat or fish and does not use any leater products.

I don't know how old you are but I do know that my older sister was a strict vegetarian for a long time until she developed some sort of a disease related to lack of protein in the body. Her doctor ordered her to eat meat! She now eats small amounts of meat to keep her protein levels up. Vegetables are good for you but so is meat, in moderation.
