Have you read it? I did. I don’t find it all that damning. Hillary is probably behind its release. Hell, she even mentions that Alinsky was against LBJ’s War on Poverty calling it a sham. The only part I found interesting was her comparison of Alinsky to Debs, Whitman, and MLK. Obviously, using this comparison, she admired Alinsky despite making some critical remarks about him.

Kabar:
“The only part I found interesting was her comparison of Alinsky to Debs, Whitman, and MLK.”

Everyone will have their own take on this which is why it belongs on the internet.

My favorite line is on pgs 7-8

“The key word for an Alinsky-type organizing effort is ‘power.’ The question is how one acquires power, and Alinsky’s answer is through organization… For Alinsky, power is the ‘very essence of life, the dynamic of life’ and is found in ‘…active citizen participation pulsing upward providing a unified strength for a common purpose of organization….’”

If material like this (pulsing upward providing a unified strength) gets before the general public, we will finally be able to see Hillary as the passionate, sexual creature she really is. (sarc)

BTW: You ‘out’ yourself when you start a post with “Have you read it?”
